    Shipping & Policy Statements

     

    Terms and Conditions

     These terms and conditions shall apply to all sales made by Shelter Structures America Inc., a California Corporation (“Seller”) and its customers (“Customer.”). 

     

    Orders: 

     By placing an order with Shelter Structures America Inc. Seller and Customer agree to these terms and conditions. Orders will be processed with a signed agreement and a deposit received. Alterations or changes to orders shall only be made in writing and require the consent of both parties. Seller reserves the right to clarify and correct clerical errors on quotations, orders and invoices.

     

    Shipment:

     Unless otherwise specified, Inco Terms shall be FOB Shelter Structures (“Factory”) even if Seller organizes the shipment on behalf of Customer. The risk of loss or damage during transit shall pass onto Customer at the time the equipment is handed over to a carrier. All quoted delivery dates are approximations. Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for any damages as a result of delays in the shipping and delivery schedule. Sheller shall further not be held responsible for delays as a result of an act of god, accidents, strikes, government acts, fires, mechanical failures, wars, shortages and other reasons that are beyond Seller’s control. Delays in the shipping and delivery schedule do not constitute a cancellation of the order. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages including loss of business shall be excluded hereunder. Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of the receipt of shipment.

     

    Returns:

    Our return policy is a 30 day timeframe. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.     Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions are subject to California law. Place of jurisdiction shall be Los Angeles, CA.
