    This service “Weknowtents.com” (the Site”) is operated by Shelter Structures America Inc. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as all orders placed on the Site are subject to these terms and conditions.  By using the “Site” you agree that you are bound to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you may not be able to use the “Site” and place orders. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.

    This “Site” is hosted on the ecommerce platform provided by BigCommerce.com. By using the platform and the “Site” you agree that you are not a minor, that you are not using any of the products purchased on this Site for illegal activities or violate any laws, codes or other federal, state or local codes and regulations. You agree that you will not transmit any viruses or malware. We reserve the right to terminate the access to the Site at any time.

    Orders: 

    By using this Service and placing an order one the “Site” you agree to these terms and conditions. Orders will be processed with a confirmed order in place and payment received subject to equipment availability. Important: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Some products may have limited availability. We therefore reserve the right to adjust product quantities ordered accordingly. We shall not be liable to you or any other third party for any modifications, price changes, lack of merchantability of the products sold, suspension or discontinuance of the Site. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to clarify and correct clerical errors on product descriptions, quotations, orders and invoices.

     

     Shipment:

    Unless otherwise specified, Inco Terms shall be ex works Shelter Structures America, Los Angeles. The risk of loss or damage during transit shall pass onto Customer at the time the equipment is handed over to a carrier. All quoted delivery dates are approximations. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages as a result of delays in the shipping and delivery schedule. We shall further not be held responsible for delays as a result of an act of god, accidents, strikes, government acts, fires, mechanical failures, wars, shortages and other reasons that are beyond our control. Delays in the shipping and delivery schedule do not constitute a cancellation of the order. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of the receipt of shipment.

    Liability and Indemnification

    This Service and all information, content and products are made available to you on an “As is” and “As available” basis. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that you use this Service at your Sole Risk. All products shipped to you are shipped without any representation, warranties or conditions. We are not liable for any injury, claim, loss direct or indirect resulting from the use of the Site and the products purchased on the Site. Any liability including consequential and incidental damages including loss of business shall be excluded. You further agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend us including the parent company, officers, affiliates, directors, agents and employees from any claim or demand resulting from the breach of these terms and conditions and the use of the products purchase on the Site. 

     

    Returns:

    Our return policy is 15 days for new and unused products in their original packaging. SKP Cleaning and Care Products are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.      Disputes

    Any dispute or legal claim will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

    These terms and conditions are subject to California law. Place of jurisdiction shall be Los Angeles, CA.

If any of these policies, terms and conditions are deemed unlawful, invalid or unenforceable that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
